With My Agile Privacy® 3.4.0, consent is no longer just a choice to collect: it becomes data you can read and use to make decisions, straight from your site.
The new version brings Consent Statistics, Geolocation, Banner A/B Test and support for GPC and GPP signals. There are also several technical updates, designed for those who work on their clients' sites every day.
See how people respond to your banner
Consent Statistics show how many people see the Cookie Banner, how many accept, how many refuse and how many make no choice.
You can see opt-in rate, refusals, trends over time and data by device or country. The data stays aggregated: no individual profiles, no personal data stored.
If you also use Google Analytics 4, you can send the events generated by consent changes and analyze them together with the rest of your site information.

Behavior consistent with the visitor's country
Consent rules change from country to country. With the new Geolocation feature, My Agile Privacy® recognizes the visitor's area and applies the intended behavior: prior consent where it is needed, opt-out where the regulations allow it.
When the country cannot be determined, the most prudent setting is applied.

Compare your Cookie Banner variants
With Banner A/B Test you can compare two to four banner variants on real visitors. My Agile Privacy® measures the opt-in rate of each one: with the data in hand, you can choose the configuration that works best.

The Cookie Banner that listens to the browser
A privacy preference can arrive before the banner even appears. The Global Privacy Control, or GPC, is the signal with which the browser communicates a privacy choice. You set it once, in your browser settings. And the choice signal is declared on every page visited.
My Agile Privacy® 3.4.0 recognizes GPC and integrates it with the Global Privacy Platform, or GPP, used to transmit preferences within the advertising ecosystem. Even in countries where the opt-out model prevails, management stays consistent without having to create separate configurations.
We discuss it in more depth here: GPC and GPP: what they are and why your site should listen to them
Updated Personal Data Policy and Cookie Policy
The Personal Data Policy and Cookie Policy have been revised and refined following interpretative updates to the regulations, so the documents stay aligned with the most recent readings of the legal framework.
The plans that include the new features
All the new features are available in the My Agile Privacy® plans.

The other updates in 3.4.0

This is not the end
3.4.0 brings new features and renewed plans, but it is one step on a broader path: we will be releasing more new features in the coming weeks.
Stay tuned: we will tell you all about it as soon as it is ready.
