The My Agile Privacy\u00ae<\/sup> Private Area is your control panel for managing licenses, domains and subscriptions.
\nAccess it from https:\/\/areaprivata.myagileprivacy.com\/<\/a><\/strong> with your credentials.<\/p>\n

License Summary<\/h2>\n

The Summary screen shows you at a glance the status of your license through several information cards.<\/p>\n

Subscription Status<\/strong> shows whether the service is active, if you see the green card with the checkmark, it means the payment is regular and everything is working correctly.
\nThis is the first thing you check to make sure there are no issues.<\/p>\n

The license type<\/strong> determines how many domains you can manage, it ranges from Easy (1 domain) up to Reseller licenses that support many more installations.<\/p>\n

The most important part for those managing multiple installations is the domain<\/strong> count, how many slots you have in total, how many you are using and how many are still available.
\nIf the remaining domains are zero, you cannot activate My Agile Privacy\u00ae<\/sup> on new sites until you block an existing domain or upgrade your plan.<\/p>\n

The license key<\/strong> is the alphanumeric code you enter in the WordPress plugin when you install it.<\/p>\n

The available languages<\/strong> depend on the subscribed plan, you might have all supported languages or only a subset.
\nIf you have a limited number of languages available, the selection of enabled languages is managed inside the private area.<\/p>\n

IAB TCF installations<\/strong>, if your sites use advertising banners from the Google AdSense network, you may need to implement the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework on your installations. Depending on your plan, you may have unlimited installations or not.<\/p>\n

Authorized Domains<\/h2>\n

Here you manage all the websites where you have installed My Agile Privacy\u00ae<\/sup>.
\nIt is the operational screen where you will probably spend most of your time.<\/p>\n

Searches and Filters<\/h3>\n

Two search bars help you quickly find what you are looking for. You can filter by domain name<\/strong> or search by published cookie<\/strong>, for example typing \u201cfacebook\u201d will show only sites using Facebook Pixel.<\/p>\n

Domain Information<\/h3>\n

The table shows all essential information for each domain.
\nFirst installation date<\/strong> and last synchronization<\/strong> help track plugin activity.
\nClicking the Active cookies<\/strong> icon shows the complete cookie list by category.<\/p>\n

Domain Management<\/h3>\n

Edit<\/strong> opens a remote configuration panel.
\nBlock<\/strong> deactivates the license and frees up a slot for another installation.<\/p>\n

Remote Configuration<\/h3>\n

Force Learning Mode<\/strong> logs cookies without blocking them.
\nReset Consent<\/strong> shows the banner again to all visitors.
\nClear Cache<\/strong> clears supported plugin caches.

Blocked Domains<\/h3>\n

Blocked domains remain visible but inactive.
\nBlocking does not uninstall the plugin, it simply stops working.
\nYou can unblock at any time and the site becomes compliant again.<\/p>\n

How It Works<\/h3>\n

Every six months the team checks cookie configuration, tracker updates, privacy compliance and plugin settings.

Why It Is Needed<\/h3>\n

Compliance can decay over time, due to regulatory changes (GDPR, ePrivacy), tracker updates (GA4 replacing Universal Analytics) or internal site changes.<\/p>\n

Billing Data<\/h3>\n

You can update your company\/personal data, VAT info and address.
\nItalian VAT entities can insert SDI or PEC. If empty, invoices arrive via email as PDF.<\/p>\n
